Don't worry about it, Willow. I mean that. There's been far more important things going on. It's not the first birthday people have missed because of some situation or another, so I don't mind.

But saying that, I'd love to come over for dinner sometime. I'm sure Peter would too. He's always happy if there's a promise of food. :)
[ Peter is still a teenage boy who thinks often with his stomach.

Honestly, that seems to be a running theme with Maul. He seems to attack more teenagers than he does adults. It really says a lot about him, much to Luna's disgust. ]

Yes, I understand what you mean. It does seem a little more... urgent. I think you've been very wise to do that. Poor Tara hasn't been here all that long, has she? It's hard enough being thrown into a new world without possibly being accidentally thrown into this whole mess.

The demon inhabiting Peter is... quite powerful. He might not be at his full strength right now but from my research at his full potential he's not something to be played with. He can grant riches and armour and secret knowledge, and do all sorts of different things. He's really quite amazing.

Maul sensed that power, and while he wants to try and 'help' unleash it, I'm worried it's for his own motives and agendas. That he wants to use the demon. He's messing with things he doesn't truly understand, things he's never even bothered to research or take the time to look into. Initially he wanted to get rid of Peter's spirit and just allow the demon full control. It's what sparked our own feud when I told Maul to back off.

The demon's been used before by people, back in Peter's own world. And I refuse to let that happen again and let him become twisted into something he's not.
