[There's a gift under the tree that has Luna's name on it. It's wrapped rather old fashioned, which is probably telling to who wrapped it. It's brown paper and string.
Inside is a hand bounded book though. The cover is made of leather and opening it, Luna will find that the pages seem somewhat worn for what seems to be a new book. Flipping through it though and Luna will find that much of the information is what is written in Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. She'll find that this isn't the original manuscript, but Newt's original notes and findings that he had recorded in his own notes and journals and replicated into a cohesive book for her. It's a complete collection of Newt's notes and sketches/drawings over the years.
There's another journal alongside, but instead of Newt's insignia and name imprinted onto it; it's Luna's own.]
I hope this doesn't come off as arrogant, but you seemed so terribly fond of my book, so I hope that this is a fitting gift. It's a replica of all my work throughout the years for your enjoyment and learning.
I hope to read many of your own notes one day. If you will give me the honor to do so.
